If your order arrives damaged or incorrect

Contact us through the Contact page with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

How to request a refund

• Contact us with your order number and the reason.
• We will confirm whether the item is eligible and explain the next steps.
• Approved refunds are returned using the same method the order was paid with, or as agreed with you.

Cancelling an order

You can ask us to cancel from your account page. Orders that have already shipped may not be cancellable.
